Luan joined the Thornton team in May 2021 after working within Friends Provident International Customer Services since 2008.
Luan holds the CII RO1 Financial Services, Regulations and Ethics qualification.
She moved over to the Isle of Man from Liverpool in 2006 with Barclays International.
Her time is filled with taking care of her family, meeting up with friends and exploring the island at the weekend with a local walking group.
